Terms of Use

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to play.
• Trivia Match is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• No account is required. You’re responsible for what you do under the name and identity you use in a game.

Play fair and be respectful. You agree not to:

• use offensive, hateful, harassing, sexual or illegal names or chat messages, or share personal information of others;
• cheat, including using bots, scripts, multiple identities or outside help designed to gain an unfair advantage or disrupt games;
• attempt to access answer data, tamper with scores or timers, probe or attack the service, or overload it;
• impersonate others, spam, advertise, or misuse invite and result links.

We may filter or remove content, remove players from games, and restrict access to the service at our discretion, including without notice for conduct that harms the game or other players. Private room hosts can also remove players from their room.

You’re responsible for the names and messages you post. By posting them you allow us to display them to other players in your game and on result pages, and to store and review them for moderation and support. Chat is filtered automatically but not monitored in real time — use the mute and report tools if someone misbehaves.

The Trivia Match name, logo, design, software and question content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may share your result links, but you may not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the questions or the service without permission.

We work to keep questions and explanations accurate, but we don’t guarantee they are error-free or up to date. Trivia is for fun; don’t rely on it for any other purpose. If you spot a mistake, email us.

Trivia Match is a live service that depends on your internet connection and on third-party providers. We may change, pause or discontinue any part of it at any time, and games may occasionally be interrupted, restarted or cancelled. Scores and results are determined by our servers and are final.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

The service relies on third-party providers (such as hosting, database and analytics services) and may link to other websites. We’re not responsible for third-party services or sites. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.

We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date shows the current version, and continued use means you accept the changes. You can stop using Trivia Match at any time, and we may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
